"ET-Strategy and Action" and "ET-Management" (WP 6)

- Developing policy guidelines and implementing results -

  1. A Joint Policy Guidelines Action Plan ("ET-Strategy and Action") for the setting up and implementation of permanent territorial organisational and management structures linking education, economy and policy ("ET-Management") will be developed. This strategy and related action plans will be adopted by all partners involved in the project. In addition, they are thought to be transferable to other CE areas/regions.
  2. Transnational Management ("ET-Management"): during project lifetime, every partner region will establish the regional systems combining education, economy and policy. The Management system will comprise these regional systems, but will not be limited to them - thus other regions should join. This will allow to spread the project's core results throughout CE. Organisational and financing schemes will be investigated during the project's lifetime, in order to prepare the Management system to become a self-standing body that will further use and develop the strategies and tools developed after the project's lifetime. Starting in Month 17, back-to-back to SC3 Meeting, a working group of PP experts discuss and develop first draft concept of "ET-Management" - for the setting up and implementation of permanent territorial organisational and management structures linking education, economy and policy. Based on feedback and the interim evaluation of the Joint Policy Guidelines and Action Plan "ET-Strategy and Action", the concept will be revised and finalised. As from Month 27, "ET-Management" structures will be implemented within and outside the project partnership as Core Output 6. It will be integrated in concrete policy level, e.g. into regional development plans.
